Giant of PA Rocks! Spent $26 for over $94 Worth of Groceries!

It was a great day at Giant Food Stores for this coupon fanatic.  Last month, I took advantage of Giant’s Frozen Food Promo where I earned a $25 voucher, which I used today.  Some great deals this week: 

•     General Mills Cereal – Buy any 4 and receive $6.00 off instantly and earn a Catalina toward a gallon of milk (up to $4.50) on your next shopping trip.

•     Spend $15 on participating products and receive a $5.00 catalina for your next shopping trip AND receive a cokerewards code for a FREE Coke Zero basketball.  There are several items to choose from:  I picked (2) 20 packs of Coke, 2 jars of Planters Peanuts, and some Fuze and Simply Orange drinks.  Some packs of Coke had a peelie for $2 off when you buy (2) 20 packs so I simply added a couple more Fuze to make sure I met the $15 total to receive my goodies.

•     I earned an extra $.020 per gallon off gas this month by picking 5 participating items:  2 Ritz Munchables (used $1.00 off each box); 2 Shredded Mini Wheats (used $1.00 off each box); and an A-1 Steaksauce (used $1.00 off coupon).

I picked up some other items that I had coupons for and my total before coupons was $94.51.  After coupons, my total out of pocket was $26.30 and I received a $5.00 off next visit, a free gallon of milk on the next visit, and a free Coke Zero basketball. Giant rocks!

Walgreens Money Maker: Nescafe Coffee

Until 4/17, Walgreens has an unadvertised Register Rewards deal on Nescafe Tasters Choice. This works on the smaller boxes of 7 count stick packs which are priced at 2 for $2.  Use coupons to turn this into a money maker!
